Our cozy, comfortable self-service guest house measures 90m²  (968 sq. ft.) and is ideal for six to eight people. A beautiful garden with a covered veranda will let you enjoy the outdoors in comfort. The town center of Döllach is within walking distance. You will find charming restaurants, bars, shops and a bakery. About 10 minutes from the house is a playground/amusement park which is ideal for families with children. The playground also includes different sport facilities such as tennis, climbing, slackline, soccer and for the little childs swing-sets.

In the summer months we invite you for long, healthy hikes and walks into scenic valleys with wonderful Alpine meadows and amazing gorges and rivers. In the winter our region invites you to explore Alpine skiing and or enjoy many of the scenic cross-country trails. For the expert skiers with suggest back-country skiing with a local ski guide. We look forward welcoming you in our cozy Alpine home where you can recharge your batteries and delve into Alpine culture.
